Very happy with the new book and the quality of production is all I could have wished for. The book was printed locally at H & A Print, rather than in China where earlier books have been produced. This choice was due to the uncertain times we are in, and to international freight delays. I am now busy with the marketing and distribution of the book, wanting to get it in the shops by Christmas. RRP is $34.95 and anyone in a location where they cannot buy one, can request one from us.
